How to Register New Members at the Club

First:
Contact the sales team by phone or visit the club to inquire about membership fees, payment plans, and available installment options.

Second:
Attend an in-person interview with the General Manager to determine whether the membership application will be accepted.

Third:
Proceed to the Membership Department to submit the required documents:

1. National ID cards of both husband and wife
2. Educational certificates for both husband and wife
3. Marriage certificate
4. Birth certificates of the children
5. Two personal photos for each member included in the membership

Fourth:
Once the documents are verified, the down payment should be made—either in full (cash) or as part of the installment plan—at the Membership Office.
Afterward, proceed to the Finance Department to issue the required cheques and obtain an approval letter signed by:

1. The General Manager
2. The Financial Manager

Fifth:
Return to the Membership Office to complete the registration process and receive the membership cards.

Annual Membership Payment Methods & Collection Period

3. Payment via InstaPay using the club’s account number

Collection Period:

• From January 1st to March 31st of each year
• Late fees apply starting April 1st of the same year

Removing Children	National ID + educational qualification + 2 personal photos + removal fees + annual subscription
Adding Mother or Father	Birth certificate of the member whose parent is being added + national ID of the parent + 2 personal photos + addition fees + annual subscription for the parent + approval decision for addition from the primary member (the person being added must be at least 60 years old)
Nanny Subscription	National ID or passport + 2 personal photos + addition fees + approval decision for addition from the primary member
Driver Subscription	National ID + 2 personal photo + addition fees + approval decision for addition from the primary member
Adding Spouse	National ID + marriage certificate + 2 personal photo + addition fees + annual subscription + approval decision for addition from the primary member
