It is one of the largest real estate development companies. Al Ahly Sabour (Al Ahly Real Estate Development Company) was established in 1994 by Eng. Hussien Sabour, the Chairman of the Board, who owns 60% of the company’s shares, while the National Bank of Egypt owns 40%, hence the company’s name: “Al Ahly Sabour for Real Estate Development.”

One of the Company’s Projects: Platinum Sports and Entertainment Club
The Platinum Sports and Entertainment Club includes approximately 10,000 memberships, representing about 36,000 members.
The club is distinguished by its young age groups and significant sports, cultural, and social impact.
The club was opened in the Clubs District of New Cairo in February 2016, covering an area of 28 acres.
A personal interview is conducted for the member and their family before joining the club, and passing the interview is a requirement for membership approval.
